LEDBeadStudio Privacy Policy

InnovDisplay (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the LEDBeadStudio mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App and connected LED bead board hardware.
1. Information We Collect
The App is designed to work primarily on your device. We do not operate a user account system and do not require you to submit personal registration information to use core features.
Depending on the features you choose to use, the App may access:
– Photos and camera images you select for pattern import
– Bluetooth connection data needed to communicate with your LED bead board device
– Local project files, bead inventory records, and app preferences stored on your device
2. How We Use Information
Information accessed by the App is used only to provide requested functionality, including:
– Creating, editing, and saving bead pattern projects
– Managing local bead inventory records
– Displaying imported images and sending pattern data to your LED bead board device
– Checking app version and device firmware status
3. Data Storage
Pattern projects, inventory data, and settings are stored locally on your device unless you explicitly export or share content using Android system sharing features.
We do not upload your photos, projects, or inventory records to our servers as part of normal App operation.
4. Permissions
The App may request the following device permissions:
– Photo Library: to import images for bead pattern conversion
– Camera: to capture images for import
– Bluetooth: to discover, connect to, and communicate with LED bead board devices
You can revoke these permissions at any time in Android Settings. Some features may become unavailable if permission is denied.
5. Sharing With Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your content with third parties except:
– When you choose to share content through Android system sharing
– When required by applicable law or legal process
6. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information processed by the App. Because data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for securing your device and backups.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be included in future App releases. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
